FAF-DC has attained
highly efficient and
sustainable financial parameters by
covering 85% of Albanian territory
performances one of the few Non-banking
Financial institutions operating in
mountain areas of Albania.
During recent years FAF-DC
has developed into an efficient and
well-functioning financial institution,
successfully building up a reasonably
sized loan portfolio at a satisfactory
risk quality level, thus making a
significant contribution to economic
growth in Albania.
The loan
portfolio quality is good, highly
sustainable and within parameters
targeted by the Central Bank of Albania.
