The Board of Supervisors (BoS)
are responsible for the overall
management of the assets and operations
of FAF-DC and have the following main
responsibilities
Recruitment
of Chief Executive Officer (CEO);
Appointment
of members of the Internal
Audit Committee;
Recommendation of strategy
plans and business plans,
inclusive of budget and
forecasts, for shareholder
approval
Recommendation of audited
annual accounts and annual
reports for shareholder
approval;
Approval of
projects to be
funded/supported apart from
what is approved by
Management;
Preparation/approval of
Operational Policies,
inclusive of accounting
manual, signatory rules etc.
BoS
usually have four annual meetings but
may have more meetings if needed and
necessary. There should be between 6
(six) and 21 (twenty one) BoS members.
